Association Alternative Newsweeklies |
Judges
must be journalists who:
-
Have
not worked or written for an AAN paper in the previous year, and
-
Have an
understanding of alternative-newspaper journalism Our judging is done in
two rounds. In the first round (Feb.-March) at least two judges read every
submission. In the second round (April-May), panels of three review
8-16 finalists in each category.
