| Membership dues are billed at a rate of eight (8) cents per average number of copies sold (based upon figures stated in the annual Statement of Ownership). Maximum annual dues are: $720 for dailies with circulation over 15,000; $500 for daily newspapers with circulation up to 15,000; and $400 for weeklies & semi-weekly newspapers. Minimum dues, all newspapers, $60. |
